JUNior fall program
Fall Junior Tennis Program in North York for Ages 4–18
At Hillcrest Tennis Camp in North York, our Fall Junior Program extends the tennis season for 6 weeks of structured coaching on our newly revitalized courts at 37 Cresthaven Dr. Running from early September through mid-October with sessions Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the fall program helps players aged 4 to 18 lock in summer gains and continue developing their skills through autumn in the Hillcrest Village and Bayview Avenue area.
Juniors are grouped by age and ability, with beginner and intermediate players training at a 6:1 student-to-coach ratio and advanced players working in focused 4:1 groups. Our certified coaching team, led by Director Peter Nielsen, a Tennis Canada National Coach with over 40 years of experience, and Head Pro Roshun Razik, a former Davis Cup player for Sri Lanka, delivers tactical refinement and technical progression that builds directly on what players achieved during the junior summer camp.
The fall tennis program introduces new tactical concepts including point construction, court positioning under pressure, and competitive match play strategy alongside continued stroke development and fitness. Families near Bayview Station on TTC Line 4, Sheppard Avenue East, and surrounding North York neighbourhoods such as Willowdale, Don Mills, Lansing, and Pleasant View find the after-school scheduling convenient for maintaining their child’s tennis routine as the school year begins.
With 1 to 3 day per week options, the Fall Junior Program lets families tailor training intensity to their child’s goals and back-to-school schedule. Whether your young player is continuing from summer camp or joining fresh, our coaches assess every player and place them in the right group from day one.
