The junior summer camp runs for up to 9 weeks and is available in full-day or half-day options with extended care. Concord Park Place residents near Sheppard East Park can reach our Cresthaven Dr courts in minutes. Full details are on our junior summer camp page.
What Credentials Do Your Coaches Hold?
Director Peter Nielsen has earned over 10 coaching awards and trained 17,000-plus players as a Tennis Canada National Coach. Head Pro Roshun Razik represented Sri Lanka in the Davis Cup and holds certifications spanning four countries. Ahmed Ahmed and Avery Nielsen contribute OTA qualifications and strong competitive backgrounds.
Are Evening Lessons Available for Adults?
Adult group lessons are scheduled with working professionals in mind, running in 8-week blocks at a 4:1 ratio. Whether you commute from Bessarion Station or drive along Sheppard Avenue East, our times are flexible. Explore our adult group lessons for session times and enrolment info.
Is the Facility Easy to Reach by Transit?
Bayview Station on TTC Line 4 is the nearest subway stop, with Bessarion and Sheppard-Yonge also close by. Bus routes along Sheppard Avenue East connect Concord Park Place directly to our Cresthaven Dr address. Families from Bayview Village also enjoy the straightforward transit commute.
Can My Child Try a Private Lesson First?
Private one-on-one and semi-private lessons are offered seven days a week as a flexible starting point. Coaches assess the player’s current level and create a tailored plan for immediate improvement on court. Visit our private lessons page or get in touch to discuss options.
What Does the Spring Programme Include?
The Junior Spring Program spans 8 weeks with 2 to 3 sessions each week covering stroke fundamentals and footwork. It is an ideal preparation pathway for the summer camp, building confidence on our revitalized courts. Families from Bessarion and Concord Park Place both use the spring programme.
Is There a Programme After Summer Ends?
Our Fall Junior Program keeps momentum going for 6 weeks with sessions 2 to 3 times per week in North York. Coaches build on summer progress with focused tactical work as the season winds down toward winter. See our fall junior programme details for dates and scheduling.
What Equipment Should Beginners Bring?
New players should bring a tennis racquet, court-appropriate athletic shoes, and a water bottle each session. Our coaching staff provide all training balls and equipment needed for drills and match play on court. Contact us if you are unsure about racquet sizing for your child before the first session.
